Open & Closed Meeting Info
Chit System Info
Open & Closed Meetings
(O) - Open - Meetings signified as Open are open to anyone.
(C) - Closed - Closed meetings are for addicts and those who think they may have a problem with drugs and/or alcohol.
Cocaine Anonymous Chit System
(CS) - Chit System - Although Cocaine Anonymous is an anonymous fellowship, we realise the need by some parts of the professional community to provide evidence of attendance at our meetings. The “chit system” enables attendees produce a record of attendance. An attendee can approach the meeting secretary and ask for a 'chit' - an initialled / stamped and dated card. This can then be used by the attendee however they wish to provide evidence of attendance

The chits DO NOT confirm attendees are sober, sponsored or working the Twelve Step programme. They simply confirm that they attended the meeting from start to finish.
